Before we were parents, we all LOVED the end of Daylight Savings and the Fall Back time change. Right!? We would celebrate an EXTRA hour of sleep! On a Sunday morning no less!
Well, it’s too bad our children didn’t get that memo. Our precious bundles of joy just carry on waking up according to their body clock. Adjusting their sleep schedule for the Fall Back time change can be a big challenge for some families, and can result in some really early mornings.
