Payment for Services

All clients agree and accept payment responsibility for the sleep consultation services regardless of outcome, insurance coverage, or other third-party involvement.

Payment for a consultation is due at the time of booking through our website order form, or we will send you a Stripe invoice.  If you have extended medical insurance coverage, sleep consultation services may be considered a qualified medical expense. Please let us know if you plan on submitting a claim for reimbursement to your insurance plan and we can send you a more detailed invoice.


Consultation Cancellation Policy

When you book a consultation, your sleep consultant blocks off time in her schedule to be available to you during that window of time. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.

If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, we are happy to refund your full investment less an administration fee of $50 + tax. Within 48 hours or less of your confirmed appointment time, 50% of your sleep package becomes non-refundable. 

After your first follow-up phone call is completed, if you wish to cancel, you are entitled to a 40% refund before your second follow-up phone call is used. Once call two and beyond is completed, there are no refunds. All cancellations must be received in writing by email to getsleep@pamneasesleep.com by the above cut-off times to qualify for a partial refund.
